How-
we do it

A lot of time, we feel like people want to go straight to the big leagues and while some have been able to, others might feel like it's hard to get their foot through the door. We’ve seen both sides of the spectrum and so we emphasize building from the ground up, and rather start with the hard skills, we focus on the soft skills first. We can't expect someone to sign a huge contract with a client if they can't even have the basics in communication. We can't expect someone to manage a division of 100 people if they can't even oversee 10. We can't expect someone to manage a dealership just because they're good at selling cars, or for someone to run a hospital just because they're a good doctor. Vice versa, even if someone comes with experience, now all they have to do is show that they can walk the walk and let their actions speak for themselves. Therefore, we expect our team to be as well rounded as possible so that they can step up to any challenges in the end if they're trained properly from their foundations.
